Air conditioners in the living room and in each bedroom!
The apartment of 85 sqm. is located in Lido di Fermo, Via Girardi 24 – Fermo – Marche, about 70 meters from the sea.
It spreads over two floors, all facing east: the main floors consists of two double rooms (one has a single bunk bed above the bed), bathroom with tub-shower and washing machine, closet room, large corridor with 3.5 m wardrobe, lunchroom (with a large window with 3 doors, table, chairs, 2 sofas, TV) separated from the kitchen (about 3 meters long with its own window) with a sliding glass door.
From all the rooms of this level you exit to the balcony of 18 sqm with table and chairs.
From the hall you enter the upper level. It consists of one room kitchen fitted with a retractable bed “wall”, bathroom. From this room you pass on the large terrace 53 sqm covered for half of a wooden gazebo and curtains with table, chairs, lounge chairs, a sink equipped with hot water. The last level is also accessible from the staircase with its own entrance door.
The garage of 16 sqm is equipped with walk-in shower with hot water, sink and shutter. The garage door is opened by remote control. It cannot be used to park the car as it is already occupied by a free rickshaw supplied to the apartment.
There’s a common garden.
Autonomous heating system. The apartment was recently renovated, the floors are parquet in the night and pink granite tiles in the day, wooden windows with thermal glass and mosquito nets.
The two kitchens are furnished of: ventilated electric kilns, 1 dishwasher, 1 fridge, 1 drawer freezer freezer. There are cookware, dishes, cutlery and everything you need for cooking.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioners and fans in all rooms, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
The apartment is NOT equipped with bed linen, bath towels and table linen.
It is equipped with: underwear for mattresses and pillows, covered with cotton and wool, plaid, laminated tablecloths, hairdryer.

The prices include utilities, initial and final cleaning, and on request cot with two mattresses (NO bed linen), anti-suffocation pillow, cotton cover, throws.
To RESERVE:
30% deposit of the total amount by bank transfer.
PAYMENT of the balance upon delivery of the keys after visiting the apartment.
TIME TABLE:
CHECK IN: from 4:00 pm to 19:30 pm (with about an hour’s notice at n. +39 335 1439956)
CHECK OUT: within 10:00 am
