Minimum stay 4 nights in LOW SEASON, 7 nights in MID AND HIGH SEASON. Prices DO NOT refer to person BUT per apartment and per night.
The price includes:

The price do not includes:
– final cleaning (studio flat N°10 € 25,00)

– final cleaning (two-room apartments N°3, N°4, N°89 and three-room apartments € 50,00)
– bed linen and towels (on request € 10.00 for 1 supply per person)
– rate for each pet € 15,00 one-off
The apartments are all equipped with independent entrances with terraces or balconies and are equipped (including the studio flat N.10) with kitchen equipped with pots, crockery and cutlery, satellite TV, air conditioning and safe, intimate for mattresses and pillows, cotton blankets, woolen blankets, plaid, disposable tablecloth, hairdryer, two coffee machines: one moka and one with pods (to be purchased on request). NO bed linen, towels and tablecloths.

PAYMENTS
The final payment must be made either in advance with bank transfer or upon delivery of the keys with cash or bank checks.
